AI needs a starting point

Edit page

Today I looked for an AI design partner: something that could open a codebase, read the issues, inspect the interface, and say what is working, what is not, and what sketch to try next.

Google Stitch came closest. But most tools still begin with a blank canvas. They can generate a design, but they cannot join an existing project, develop judgment from its context, and work with me toward a better result in Cursor.

Humans do this well. They start with context. They can tell the difference between a small refinement and a change of direction.

That is also the product question for resumes at Zumud. Good guidance should not turn every resume into a generic rewrite. It should understand where a person is, then decide whether they need tailoring, a clearer strategy, stronger evidence, a new skill, or a different path.

The entrance matters too. Open the project. Upload the resume. Connect LinkedIn. Start from there.

The models are capable. What is missing is a tool built around context, judgment, and an easy first step.
